These pivotal roles are designed for strategic leaders who excel at the intersection of complex programme delivery, digital product management, and multi-stakeholder coalition building. Operating across major public sector initiatives, successful candidates will lead large-scale transformation portfolios, scale digital platforms nationally, and shape strategic partnerships that drive systemic social change across the UK - all through lenses of technology.

?On-site: Remote First (1 day a month in London)

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio & Programme Leadership: Oversee large-scale, long-term digital and data transformation programmes, balancing complex technical, commercial, and policy workstreams across multi-sector partners.
• Platform Scaling & Product Strategy: Lead strategic efforts to take core digital platforms and data sharing infrastructures from proven models to widespread national implementation.
• Coalition Building & Senior Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships across central government, local authorities, healthcare bodies, and philanthropic partners, exercising influence in matrixed environments where progress relies on consensus.
• Team Development & Practice Growth: Mentor and empower multidisciplinary delivery teams, fostering an inclusive culture while supporting business development and strategic practice growth.

• Complex Programme Leadership: Proven track record leading large, long-running digital or data initiatives, with demonstrable success influencing diverse external stakeholders.
• Systems Transformation Mindset: Experience in environment where success requires navigating complex political, technical, and operational dynamics across public or social sector ecosystems.
• Cross-Functional Fluency: Ability to act as a senior generalist who can rapidly grasp complex technical domains, communicate effectively with non-specialists, and align diverse teams around a shared vision.
