The role: Delegate a diverse portfolio of domestic and commercial projects, including hospitals, schools, flats, office conversions, and more.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with Building Regulations.

  • Carry out checks and inspections on site.
  • Report directly to the Building Control Manager.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Carry out thorough plan checks and inspections.
