Arabelle Solutions is recruiting a Project Manager for our Rugby site to lead manufacturing projects from start to finish. You will coordinate between Fulfilment Cells and Optimization, plan material requirements, and ensure CTQ targets are met while maintaining data integrity across systems.

You will interact with sourcing and global teams, drive cost accountability, and uphold EH&S standards. Priorities include stakeholder communication, multi-stream coordination, and continuous improvement

You’ll be part of a team that work very closely with the manufacturing and are responsible for assigned projects within the Service Centre. As a Project Manager you are responsible for accepting and planning demands and to ensure that the execution team has all required materials to meet the agreed customer technical queries (CTQ’s). You will manage projects from start to finish working collaboratively with various departments across the business.**Key Responsibilitie**s* Coordinate between Fulfilment Cells and Optimization to ensure demands are executed to the agreed CTQ’s* Plan materials to support execution per agreed CTQ's* Maintain data integrity in our current system in relation to job status, critical dates, availability/assignment of project materials* Ensure accurate and timely updates to Optimization and other stakeholders* Coordinate projects spanning multiple production Cells* Track & trend metrics illustrating performance in support of Cell(s)* Liaise with Sourcing and peers globally to manage material needs* Drive accountability within fulfilment team to execute to plan* Owns job cost review/pacing rhythm to support production and drive accountability to execute relative to as-quoted costs* Actively uphold Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety guidelines, supporting both general and company standards.**Qualifications and Experience*** Demonstratable experience in a manufacturing project-based role.* Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment* Strong project management skills with the ability to drive projects forward.* Excellent communication skills across a variety of formats and the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with stakeholders and customers at all levels.* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to nurture and coordinate multiple work streams simultaneously.* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and self-direct within defined responsibilities, following review schedules and processes.**Desired Characteristics*** Knowledge of Lean and/or alternative continuous improvement methods* Familiarity or experience with steam turbines and generator industrial manufacturing.* Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel (such as 4 Box Reporting).* Commercial awareness and familiarity with project financials. This work is undertaken with UK Defence customers which will require any individual applying for the role to hold or be capable of getting SC Level clearance as a UK Passport Holder. Applicants not cleared will not be accepted into the business until this clearance is provided.
