This opportunity is ideal for a Project Manager looking to develop within a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment with exposure to both public and private sector projects.

As a Project Manager, you’ll work closely with clients, designers, and contractors to deliver high-quality schemes across healthcare, commercial, and education sectors. The successful Project Manager will play a key role in managing design coordination, stakeholder liaison, and construction delivery on live sites.

The Project Manager’s role

The Project Manager will manage a range of construction schemes from feasibility through to practical completion, ensuring delivery to programme, quality and cost targets. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting senior colleagues on major projects

  • Leading delivery of small to medium-sized schemes

  • Contract administration (NEC or JCT)

  • Stakeholder and risk management

  • Programme monitoring and reporting

The Project Manager
  • Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related

  • Chartered or progressing towards chartership (e.g. RICS, CIOB, APM)

  • 3+ years’ experience in a construction consultancy environment

  • Familiarity with project delivery within the built environment

  • Excellent communication and teamworking skills
