Responsibilities

• Lead the re-clad project with a focus on health and safety.
• Liaise with clients and residents regarding project progress.

• Ensure project targets and deadlines are met.
• Read, write, and adjust RAMS and Risk Assessments.
• Handle local authority permit applications.

Overview

Our client, a South West based main contractor, currently seeks an experienced Project Lead for their Cladding division on a 7-story re-clad project in Portishead, North Somerset.

The work is half render, half cladding, and new window installation on a 7-story occupied residential apartment block.

Requirements

Essential that you hold SMSTS, Black CSCS, First Aid, and can provide recent work references for similar work undertaken.

Responsibilities

• Being the Project Lead on a 7 story occupied re-clad project
• Liaising with the client and residents
• Managing installation Sub Contractors and direct company labour
• Managing site programme ensuring targets and delivery is met
• Reading, writing and adjusting RAMS and Risk Assessments
• Dealing with local authorities re site permits
• Being responsible for all Health and Safety on site
• All other associated tasks

This is an immediate start for the right candidate and the client is prepared to pay someone on a freelance or permanent basis.
