Project Manager

Oswestry (office-based with nationwide site travel)

£55,000 - £60,000 + £5k Car Allowance + Flexibility + Excellent Progression

This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly expanding construction business delivering high‑quality commercial, industrial, and renewable projects across the UK. They’re looking to add a Project Manager to their growing team as they continue to secure larger and more complex developments.

You’ll be managing no more than two live projects at any time, overseeing site teams, coordinating with the Quantity Surveyor, ensuring smooth site operations, maintaining safety standards, managing programmes, and tracking progress. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with client expectations.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will be an experienced Project Manager with strong organisational and communication skills, a background in commercial or industrial projects, and the ability to confidently lead site teams.
