A leading housing organization is seeking a Project Manager based in Oldham. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering multiple projects within the housing sector, utilizing their excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. This permanent, full-time role offers a hybrid working style and requires a professional Project Management qualification. Candidates with experience in the housing sector will find an advantage.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join the Guinness Team. This is a permanent, full-time, 35 hours per week vacancy based in our Oldham office. We are currently working to a hybrid working style.
The overall purpose of the role is to plan, lead and deliver multiple medium sized, technical or business change projects, or workstreams in larger projects, to the agreed scope, budget and timescales that meet customer and business requirements.
We’re looking for a candidate who ideally brings some background or direct experience in the housing sector, as this knowledge and experience will be crucial in navigating the context and nuances of the related projects within our change pipeline for which they would be directly responsible for if they were successful in securing the role. Having this experience and understanding already established will help candidates hit the ground running and deliver immediate value in project delivery, and in building relationships with stakeholders within housing-focused business teams.
