Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a specialist manufacturing company.

The Project Manager will take full responsibility for all new projects coming into the business. Further to this you will be responsible for all launch activities at the plant including dealing with quotations, tool trails and process qualification to start of production.

Key Responsibilities

• Product quotation, process and equipment design, equipment setup to support product launch timing within budget.
• Coordinate Plant Engineering & Operational resource to deliver smooth production launch (commissioning / process layout / PFMEAs etc)
• Managing tooling , equipment & facility budgets to ensure project meets expected budget
• Building key working relationships with customer, internal & suppliers
• Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, Process time studies, AutoCAD layouts.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will ideally be HNC / HND or degree qualified coupled with strong engineering experience of introducing new projects into plant.
