Job summary

Solution Search Limited - Construction in Northampton is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a flagship data centre project on-site. You will drive PTSA activities across multiple work packages, coordinate subcontractors and site teams, and ensure safe, compliant delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have proven PM experience on large-scale construction projects, with data centre exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience in data centre projects highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of PTSA, RAMS and construction health & safety processes.

We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a major data centre project in Northampton.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Pre-Task Safety Analysis (PTSA) process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage PTSA activities across multiple work packages.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure safe delivery of works.
• Review and challenge construction methodologies and risk assessments.
• Ensure all health & safety documentation is completed to a high standard.
• Liaise with client representatives, principal contractors and site management teams.
• Monitor programme, quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive a strong safety culture across the project.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale construction projects.
• Previous data centre experience highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of PTSA, RAMS and construction health & safety processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Ability to start at short notice.
