Job Summary:

We’re looking for a skilled Project Manager with 2–5 years of experience to manage key client projects. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. You will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects;
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope;
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress;
  • Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule;
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques;
  • Report and escape to high level management when needed;
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;
  • Perform risk management assessment to minimize project risks;
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals;
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress;
  • Regular Project Reporting;
  • Meeting minutes and actions tracking;
  • Align and ensure project roll out plans;

Requirements:

  • Team and Client management experience, offshore and inshore (negotiation and prioritization of deliverables);
  • Knowledge of Telecommunication systems;
  • Experience in project management activities, including technical and Service Delivery management of projects;
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
  • Experience in Customer’s relationship management;
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking;
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills;
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Work integrated in a project PMO team for a project driven methodology
