Job Title: Project Manager - Planned Maintenance, Retrofit and Refurbishment in Social Housing

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Project Manager to oversee planned maintenance and refurbishment projects within social housing. This is a predominantly office‑based role focused on operational project management rather than site management or client‑facing activities. Key Responsibilities
