You'll be joining our Highways team, as the UK's number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes.

Ensure all works are delivered in line with contract specifications and to the satisfaction of the Service Manager and stakeholders.
Lead your team in planning and allocating resources efficiently to meet the Annual Plan.
Take full ownership of work programming and coordination, working closely with programming and permitting teams.
Collaborate with the SHEQ team to embed best practices in safety, environmental responsibility, and carbon reduction across the contract.
Work alongside the Commercial team to ensure accurate resource allocation, forecasting, and effective budget management.
Liaise with Transport Managers to ensure all fleet, plant, fuel usage, and driver records are up to date and compliant.
Maintain KPI performance in line with or above required levels.
Promote collaboration with key stakeholders to establish service benchmarks and drive improvement.
