Job summary

Leonardo UK is seeking a Project Manager to lead a portfolio of inter-related projects across engineering, procurement, quality, planning and operations. The role requires effective cost, schedule and risk management within a military export context and expects strong stakeholder engagement.

Hybrid working arrangements are available in a role that demands excellent communication and the ability to drive complex programs to successful delivery.

• Liaison with Development and Production managers as required.
• Resource alignment with functional groups to achieve successful execution.
• Accountability for contract and project milestone delivery.

Job description

Salary £54,000 to £60,000Leonardo UK operates a grade-based salary framework with broad bands. The salary range shown reflects the approved grade band for this role, or a narrower hiring range published within that band, and is benchmarked against the external market. Exceptions above the standard range are managed through governance controls to protect internal equity.

Your Impact

• Management and overview of a series of inter-related and co-dependent projects
• Schedule, cost and quality adherence

• Internal reporting to IPT Lead and/or Sector VP
• Presentation at Sector and Line of Business project reviews to present project summary status
• Ensure adherence to Company’s Lifecycle Management (LCM), as appropriate and tailored to suit
• Internal Liaison with Development and Production Managers as required
• Liaison with Functional Groups to ensure projects are appropriately resourced to achieve successful execution
• Accountability for contract and project milestone delivery
