Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers across live FMCG and retail brand projects.
• Manage day-to-day delivery of multiple projects, ensuring all milestones are achieved.
• Translate creative and technical drawings into clear manufacturing briefs and production plans.
• Liaise with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure manufacturability and specification accuracy.
• Coordinate suppliers and contractors across the UK, Europe, and the Far East.
• Oversee production, QC, packing, and logistics for accuracy and quality control.
• Conduct or coordinate site surveys, installations, and post-install snagging.
• Track costs, timings, and approvals using internal systems.
• Support client and internal update meetings with project reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in manufacturing efficiency.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Loughborough

Salary / Pay Rate: £40,000 + car allowance

Shift / Hours: Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM

• Manage day-to-day delivery of multiple projects, ensuring all milestones are achieved.
• Translate creative and technical drawings into clear manufacturing briefs and production plans.
• Liaise with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure manufacturability and specification accuracy.
• Coordinate suppliers and contractors across the UK, Europe, and the Far East where required.
• Oversee production, QC, packing, and logistics, ensuring delivery accuracy and quality control are maintained.
• Conduct or coordinate site surveys, installations, and post-install snagging.
• Track costs, timings, and approvals using internal systems and trackers.
• Support client and internal update meetings, providing clear project reporting and status updates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in manufacturing efficiency, packaging, and delivery
