Salary: Up to £90,000 + Package

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for your next challenge? Ridgeway & Co are currently seeking a talented individual to join a leading main contractor with a strong focus on commercial and public sector projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and project success.

Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Implement health and safety procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, budgets, and progress updates.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry, preferably with a focus on commercial or public sector projects.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in project management software and tools.
