My client, a dynamic and innovative company in the eCommerce space, is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of exciting projects, working closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.

About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects of varying complexity, ensuring they are delivered in line with agreed timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards. You’ll be instrumental in developing strong client relationships, translating business needs into workable solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Developing project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Coordinating day-to-day project activities and owning project progress, issues, and risks.
  • Coordinating and motivating project teams, facilitating meetings, and ensuring alignment.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Managing project finances and preparing regular status reports.
  • Managing changes to project scope, schedule, or budget through formal processes.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation and contributing to process improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Substantial project management experience, preferably within eCommerce projects.
  • Experience working in a formal project environment using various methodologies such as Waterfall, Prince2, and Agile SCRUM.
  • solid understanding of eCommerce business practices.
  • solid technical background with a good understanding of software development practices and the development lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and deliver messages effectively.
  • The ability to “lead without authority,” influencing and motivating diverse teams to achieve high-quality results.
  • Flexibility and agility to adapt to changes in project scope, technology, or stakeholder expectations.
