The Role

We’re recruiting a highly organised Project Manager to support the delivery of client programmes and internal projects. You’ll work across multiple functions, helping ensure smooth project execution, strong client service, and efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and support end-to-end projects for corporate clients.
  • Conduct Post Implementation Reviews and suggest process improvements.
  • Coordinate events, seminars, resources, and marketing workflows.
  • Produce management information reports following programme delivery.
  • Manage invoicing, fee reconciliation and support debt management.
  • Assist with RFI/RFP responses and onboarding new clients.
  • Maintain contract records, updates and compliance requirements.
About You
  • Project environment experience.
  • Prince2 or relevant pensions/financial qualification (or working towards).
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
