Are you a Construction Project Manager, who thrives with being in front of clients?

Are you a Construction Project Manager who brings a confident and excellent communication approach and would like to work for an established and project winning Construction contractor.

Office is in Ipswich, but projects are across Cambridge, North Essex and East Anglia.

The Project Manager's Role

Projects will be new build and refurbishments, with contract values of £1M to £15M in sectors including commercial, educational, industrial, leisure, health and social housing.

The successful Project Manager will join a highly respected team, made up of over 100 people, who operate efficiently and to high standards.

The other side of this position is business development and relationship building - creating opportunities to win new business at all time. So an appetite to win, should be within the Project Manager.

  • Evidence of running own projects for 2+ years minimum
  • Evidence of winning work / building relationships
  • New Build knowledge
  • Internal and Fit Out experience
  • Quick access into London
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
