Job summary

ARV Solutions Contracts is seeking a Structural Steel Project Manager in the South West to lead the delivery of structural steel projects. The role suits experienced professionals from the structural steel sector who want ownership of projects and career progression.

You will manage projects from contract award to handover, coordinate stakeholders, monitor budgets and programs, ensure health and safety compliance, and maintain client relations throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage structural steel projects from contract award through to completion.
• Coordinate activities to meet programme, budget and quality targets.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, site teams and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and address issues impacting delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and industry standards.
• Support commercial and contractual aspects of project delivery.
• Maintain regular communication with customers on milestones.
• Contribute to handover and close-out of projects.

Job Title: Structural Steel Project Manager

Location: South West

Salary: £45,000-£60,000 per annum

An established business within the structural steel sector is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of structural steel projects. This role has arisen due to an anticipated vacancy within the project management team and would suit an individual with structural steel or wider steel industry experience who is looking to take ownership of projects and develop their career. Applications are welcome from experienced Project Managers as well as ambitious professionals with three to four years' relevant experience who are ready to progress to larger and more complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage structural steel projects from contract award through to completion
• Coordinate project activities to ensure delivery against programme, budget and quality requirements
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, site teams and internal stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that may impact delivery
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and industry standards
