Job summary

AdMore Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager to support a fast-paced digital transformation programme, focused on launching a new mobile app, website and related digital technology. The role emphasizes coordination and execution over traditional planning, keeping stakeholders aligned and ensuring actions and milestones are met.

You will drive delivery at pace, coordinate across technology, digital, marketing and operational teams, and lead meetings with clear action plans while reporting

• Identify blockers and proactively drive solutions.
• Coordinate the launch of the new mobile app and supporting digital technology.
• Understand what is required to bring websites and apps to life.
• Work with marketing to ensure new technology is fully utilised commercially.
• Lead meetings, communicate clear action plans and hold people accountable.
• Provide clear progress updates to senior stakeholders.
• Support ongoing iteration and improvements following launch.

Job description

We are looking for a Project Manager who is immediately available to support a fast-paced digital transformation programme, focused on bringing a new mobile app, website and support bringing technology to life.

The overall project plan is already in place, so this role is about coordination and execution rather than traditional project planning. You will keep stakeholders focused, ensure actions are completed and drive delivery at pace.
