Job summary

Sysco is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology initiatives for Europe’s Digital and Marketing functions. You will drive projects from concept to implementation, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and aligned to business goals.

The role is hybrid with 3 days per week in Hemel Hempstead or Ashford, Kent, demanding strong self-motivation and flexibility. You will manage end-to-end delivery, translate requirements into solutions, and guide cross-functional teams through

Job description

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of technology initiatives that support our Digital and Marketing functions across Europe. Working within a matrix organisation, you'll manage projects from concept through to implementation, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.

This role is offering hybrid working with 3 days per week in the Hemel Hempstead or Ashford, Kent office, and as such a good degree of self-motivation and flexibility is required.

You'll be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, translating business requirements into clear technology solutions and leading cross-functional teams through both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. A key part of the role will be managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders and executives, while coordinating multiple internal teams and third-party system integrators across different markets.

We're looking for someone with strong stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills, who can confidently manage project scope, risks, budgets, resources, and timelines. You'll have a strong understanding of project governance standards, ensuring adherence to delivery methodologies, change control processes, and effective risk and issue management throughout the project lifecycle.
