Job description

Slalom is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross‑functional teams in delivering technology and business solutions for clients.

What will you do?

• Cultivate a delivery culture that is focussed on delivering client outcomes and driving value innovatively.
• Facilitate the continuous development of internal colleagues and clients surrounding delivery best practices.
• Understand the client’s business challenges to design effective solutions that address the people, process, technology, and data needs of our clients to achieve their desired outcomes and value realisation.
• Manage scope, requirements, resources, time, cost, quality, risks, and communications for projects.
• Proactively manage risks and dependencies by managing and influencing others.
• Identify opportunities for growth/maturation of Slalom Offerings, and guide the direction for that growth.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in delivery of projects of varying scale, including large‑scale projects and/or programs spanning multiple delivery teams (client and consultant) and complex business or technology challenges.
• Experience/certification or exposure to methods and frameworks such as SAFe, LEAN, SCRUM, DevOps, or KANBAN working environments.
• Experience in full lifecycle delivery and methodologies.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, and resource management.
• Experience in proposal and RFP development.
• Strong leadership skills, including a history of increasing leadership responsibility and purposeful skill development.
