Responsibilities

  • Oversee all projects from start to completion.
  • Assist with customer, architect, and engineer liaison.
  • Lead weekly progress meetings and produce timelines.
  • Identify materials and arrange purchases and deliveries.
  • Provide support in the selection of finishes with customer involvement.
  • Monitor subcontractors' monthly progress.
  • Resolve issues with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Advise workforce on all aspects of the build.
  • Monitor expenditure to keep budget in check.
  • Manage health and safety on project sites.

Essential Criteria
  • Excellent organisational & team management skills, experienced in delivering demanding build programmes.

  • Sound working knowledge of health & safety requirements and practices.
  • Language: English – Greek (required).
Main Responsibilities
  • Overseeing all projects from start through to completion and reporting directly to the Director.
  • Assisting in liaison with customers, architects, and engineers on all aspects of construction projects.
  • Leading weekly progress meetings and producing the required timeline of works/action points.
  • Identifying materials, workforce, tools etc. needed for project phases and arranging purchases and deliveries accordingly.
  • Providing timely support and advice in the selection of finishes that require the customers’ involvement, so that ordering and delivery do not create disruption and delays.
  • Assisting in the overall follow‑up of sub‑contractors’ monthly progress.
  • Dealing with sub‑contractors and suppliers to solve and unblock any issue related to delays, amendment of orders and other delivery issues.
  • Assisting in monitoring and advising the workforce on all aspects of the build.
  • Constantly monitoring the expenditure per activity, material, labour and finishing to keep the budget in check.
  • Assisting in managing health and safety on project sites.
The successful applicant will receive
  • Salary dependent upon experience (£42,000 – £45,000 per year).
