Project Manager

I am currently working with a Tier One Residential Developer, who have an opportunity for a Project Manager, to work on a major new build residential scheme with several years of work. This project is a large scale, mixed-use development in South-West London, which will include high end, high-rise new build RC frame apartments.

Our client is looking for someone who has overseen the whole build process from ground to handover and experience managing a team of 12-15 Managers+. You would be reporting into the Project Director and be acting as the Construction Lead. The curernt phase of this scheme is £140 million, however is part of a multi billion pound development.

About the role of Project Manager

Looking for a Project Manager who can join the senior team to work on a new build project, overseeing the whole build process.

You would be overseeing a team of Managers from Engineers to Senior Site Managers, ensuring delivery is on time and within budget.

You would be reporting into a Project Director.

Responsibilities for Project Manager

• Working on a flagship project for a tier one developer.
• Client meetings, working with design, managing site managers and pushing the programme.
• Would be responsible for all aspects of the project, including an understanding of commercial and technical etc.
