Job description

We have an immediately-available role for a Project Manager on a multi-phase redevelopment of the Eastfields Estate in Mitcham.

Already underway, Phase 1 is valued at £17m and the intention is that the successful candidate will build that out while putting the pre-con in place for Phase 2 which is a larger, £80m, three block contract.

Reporting to a resident Project Director, the successful candidate will be expected to take responsibility for all activities related to programme, quality and safety so must be proficient on Asta Powerproject or MS-Project and the oversight of 10+ strong project teams of construction managers, finishing managers, technical managers and quantity surveyors.
