You will work with the CDA Lead and Sub Regional Leads, maintaining audit-ready documentation, budgets, and reporting, while leveraging SharePoint, Salesforce SFDC, and Power Apps to drive standardized processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project or programme management support, preferably within a large multinational technology organization.
  • Operational Governance: Demonstrated expertise in implementing project governance frameworks, audit compliance, and adherence to SOPs.
  • Financial & Procurement Acumen: Proficient in budget management, financial forecasting, and end-to-end procurement processes, including PRs and SoW management.
  • Systems Proficiency: Advanced in project tracking tools such as SharePoint, MS Excel, and CRM platforms like Salesforce for pipeline and reporting.

Responsibilities

Job description

Meet The Team

The CDA PMO for Europe North provides operational support to an assigned set of CDA programs, their teams and the sub regional leaders. The role reports to the CDA Lead for BeNeLux (3 of the 5 currently assigned programmes) and supports with financial, program and project management adhering to compliance; detailed in the 'CDA Standard Operating Procedures' (SOPs).The role is also currently assigned to the programs in Switzerland and Austria.

Your Impact

Operational CDA Programme Support including; compliant operations, audit ready documentation and reporting, financial management, risk management, procurement planning, execution, monitoring and reporting, bookings reconciliation, project lifecycle monitoring. Implementing and enforcing programme and project governance standards, processes, and best practices to ensure efficient, compliant project execution.

Compliant Operations
  • Be the 1st line of protection against non-compliant operations ie anything that goes against any Cisco Policy or CDA's SOPs,
  • Implement and enforce project governance and reporting standards, consistent processes, and best practices to ensure compliant investments and project execution and reporting
  • Report compliance issues and risks to CDA Lead and Sub Regional Lead in parallel
  • Support audits taking place on assigned countries
Audit Ready Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain an audit ready sharepoint archive of programme and project level documentation
  • Own the CDA Budget Tracker for each country, always keep it up to date as the investment plan develops and reconcile actual opex data each quarter
  • Adopt the DIO Power App and Dashboard as the single source of truth. Use it in meetings, reviews etc to encourage local teams to adopt it
  • Ensure every opportunity that is flagged as CDA in SFDC is authorised by sales and this can be evidenced in black and white if necessary
  • Ensure Project Closures and Retrospectives are run for all relevant projects including core project team and sub regional lead
  • Monthly, ensure the DIO dashboard is up to date
  • Ensure the SFDC pipeline is up to date with all CDA opportunities/ deals flagged
Risk Management
  • Identify, document and communicate program and operations risks and issues to CDA Lead and Sub Regional Lead as appropriate, be aware of relevant project risks reported by PMs/ Vendors
Financial Management:
  • Planning - Support CDA Lead with quarterly and annual investment and bookings planning
  • Budget - Manage investment budget with CDA Lead and monitor actual investments. Communicate Investment Forecast and weekly reforecast to sub regional lead
  • Run the Bookings Reconciliation process to maximise defensible RoI and monitor CDA Opportunity Pipeline to ensure it is accurate
Procurement:
  • Planning, execution, monitoring and reporting
  • Full ownership and all related actions (raising PRs, cross charges, chasing PR approvals, authoring and checking SoWs, monitoring invoicing, managing aged POs)
Project lifecycle monitoring and support:
  • Monitor all projects to ensure they follow the CDA project lifecycle including but not limited to: business case submission in power app and approvals, procurement, project monitoring, accruals, opportunity flagging, replication, storytelling, retrospective, documented closure
Support CDA Leads and Sub Regional Managers:
  • with regular reporting and strategy meetings including half year reviews
  • Adhoc support
  • Review investment proposals or PEFs, chase approvals and submit and manage project statuses in dashboard.
Minimum Qualifications Professional Experience:

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project or programme management support, preferably within a large multinational technology organization. Operational Governance: Demonstrated expertise in implementing project governance frameworks, audit compliance, and adherence to corporate standard operating procedures (SOPs). Financial & Procurement Acumen: Proficient in budget management, financial forecasting, and end-to-end procurement processes, including Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Statement of Work (SoW) management. Systems Proficiency: Advanced competency in project tracking tools (e.g., SharePoint, MS Excel, or proprietary dashboards) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce (SFDC) for pipeline and opportunity management. Communication: Proven ability to manage stakeholders across multiple sub-regions and deliver reporting to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications Cisco Internal Knowledge:

Prior experience with Cisco-specific systems, including the Digital Impact Office (DIO) Power App, internal financial tools, and corporate compliance frameworks. Strategic Alignment: Experience working within Country Digital Acceleration (CDA) or similar government-facing public sector initiatives. Process Improvement: Proven track record of refining project lifecycles, reducing operational friction, and driving the adoption of new reporting technologies within diverse teams. Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on coaching local teams on best practices for project execution and data hygiene.
