A leading data company seeks a Marketing Project Manager to oversee the execution of marketing initiatives and enhance operational efficiency. In this role, you will manage a variety of projects while collaborating with teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals. A successful candidate will possess strong project management skills, be experienced in using tools like Asana, and embrace a proactive, collaborative spirit. Become a key driver within our Marketing team by helping us move faster, stay aligned and bring our most impactful marketing initiatives to life. You’ll play a central role in delivering a wide range of multifaceted projects across GWI’s Marketing team from campaigns, events, brand development and internal process improvements. You’ll ensure every project is expertly planned, resourced, and delivered on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard.
Working in close partnership with our Lead Programme Manager, you’ll turn strategic priorities into smooth, coordinated execution. You’ll enable teams to do their best work by creating clarity, momentum, and structure. Rather than managing every granular task, you’ll focus on orchestrating project-level delivery, unblocking cross‑team dependencies, and ensuring our campaigns land with precision.
In this role, you’ll play a hugely important part in shaping how Marketing shows up: bold, connected, data‑driven, collaborative, and commercially focused.
