Job summary

Henry Martin Group is seeking a Fit Out Project Manager to join a leading contractor delivering a large healthcare scheme in the City of London. The role focuses on leading fit-out delivery on a technically complex project with significant MEP and specialist packages.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team, coordinate key subcontractors and maintain delivery standards across time, quality, and safety on site.

• Exposure to MEP and specialist packages and building services.

I’m currently recruiting for a Fit Out Project Manager to join a leading contractor delivering a large healthcare scheme in the City of London.

This is a major, technically complex project with significant fit-out, MEP and specialist package requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the fit-out delivery, managing a multidisciplinary team and coordinating key subcontractor packages.

• Lead and manage the fit-out programme
• Manage and delegate effectively across a team of 7–8
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and key stakeholders
• Manage major MEP and drylining packages
• Maintain programme, quality, H&S and delivery standards
• Work closely with site, design and procurement teams
• Good understanding of MEP and building services
