Project Manager - Commercial Roofing, Central Belt, Scotland. Full-Time | Permanent. Subcontractor background preferred. Salary: circa £50,000 + car allowance.

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial flat roofing? You will thrive in fast-paced environments where your technical knowledge and leadership drive projects to successful completion. We are working with a well-established roofing subcontractor specialising in commercial flat roofing systems across Scotland's Central Belt and are looking to appoint a capable and driven Project Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial flat roofing projects from pre-start through to completion
• Liaise with main contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Oversee site teams, ensuring works are delivered on time and to a high standard
• Monitor budgets, health & safety compliance, and material orders
• Provide regular updates to senior management and clients
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and resolve problems swiftly

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

• Proven experience managing commercial flat roofing projects
• Background working with or for a specialist subcontractor
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems (e.g. single ply, built-up felt, liquid coatings)
• Solid understanding of health & safety and building regulations
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
