Project Manager - Precast Concrete Frame & Envelope Works – Location: Exeter – Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Sphere Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a leading Tier 1 contractor for a Project Manager to take charge of precast concrete frame and ancillary envelope works on a major construction project in Exeter.

Responsibilities

• Manage your scope from Point of Transfer through to Practical Completion
• Coordinate production and site delivery across multiple suppliers and locations
• Uphold quality, safety, and programme delivery standards at all times
• Ensure compliance with company systems, reporting, and contract obligations
• Lead your team to overcome challenges and meet time and financial targets
• Maintain a clean, organised and safety-focused site environment
