Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team delivering a range of projects within our Defence contract portfolio. You'll be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently, ranging in value from £50K to £3M, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from inception to completion, including planning, delivery, and close‑out.
  • Oversee multiple construction, refurbishment, and facilities management projects across the region.
  • Lead and coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, financial performance, and compliance with contractual and statutory obligations.
  • Promote a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement across all project activities.
Qualifications
  • Proven background in Project Management within the construction or facilities management sectors.
  • Experience managing projects up to multi‑million‑pound values.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, financial control, and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant professional qualification (e.g., APM, Prince2, or equivalent) desirable.
  • SC (Security Clearance) or the ability to obtain it is essential due to the nature of the contract.
