Project Manager - £14M Apartment Block - Reading

I am currently working with a leading regional contractor who is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a major new project in Reading. The project is a £14M purpose-built apartment block development, and my client is looking for a strong leader to drive it forward.

This contractor has a fantastic reputation within the Education, Public Sector, Healthcare, and Residential sectors and operates as a well-established Tier 2 business with a strong pipeline of future projects - as well as winning countless awards for their projects

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the £14M student accommodation project
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Hold a valid CSCS card
  • SMSTS certified
  • First Aid qualification
