Location: Winchester

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 (depending on experience)

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days at home

Hours: 37.5 - 40 hours per week (flexible hours)

Founded in 1997, we have built a strong reputation for excellence in all aspects of PCB design, working with leading clients in the defence and aerospace industries. We are experts in Siemens® and Altium® design tools and take pride in our collaborative, quality‑driven approach.

Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee multiple concurrent projects for high‑profile customers in the defence and aerospace sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple PCB design projects from concept through to delivery.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Coordinate and support a team of PCB designers to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and risks, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across the defence and aerospace sectors.
  • Ensure all work complies with company processes and industry standards.
About You
  • 3‑5 years' + experience in project management, ideally within an engineering or electronics environment.
  • Strong understanding of electronics design principles.
  • Experience working in or with the electronics industry (any sector).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – a natural "people person."
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Full UK Right to Work required.
