Our client is an exceptionally busy main contractor who is about to commence 3 large projects in Edinburgh.

They are seeking to appoint a Project Manager to their team for an exciting opportunity.

Your new role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a large new build project in Edinburgh, with project values ranging from £20 million to £60 million, primarily in the PBSA, BTR, or hotel sectors. You will lead the project, overseeing all technical aspects, managing coordination across commercial, design, client, stakeholder, and operational interfaces. Working with your team (Site Manager, Design Manager, Commercial team), you will ensure the project meets its commercial and operational targets.

You will manage the project from Pre-Construction stage through to completion.
