Location

West Midlands based, with regular UK travel. Commutable from Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Walsall, Stourbridge, West Bromwich and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from survey to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Attend sites, define project requirements and plan works effectively.
  • Supervise and coordinate contractors, ensuring safe and efficient site operations.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams throughout each project.
  • Track progress, manage risk, control costs and oversee all project documentation.
  • Experience in construction, retail fitout or a related project-led environment.
  • Strong understanding of site processes, trades and safety requirements.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, manage contractors and solve problems proactively.
  • Confident communication, planning and budgeting skills.
  • Flexibility for extensive travel and occasional out-of-hours work.
