Role overview

As Project Manager Level: C3 or Senior Project Manager Level: SC1 you will play an important role within the Project Management Function.

The Project Management function leads the delivery of our solutions and owns the end-to-end project lifecycle. While Project Managers may deliver any product in the LEA Reply suite, their foundational experience is in Warehouse Management System implementations, enabling them to bring credibility, structure and operational understanding to every engagement. They are accountable for delivering our scope to time, budget and quality, while working hand-in-hand with the customer’s Project Manager to ensure the success of the wider programme. Using their WMS background and real-world operational insight, they help facilitate and guide Design workshops, mentor their project team, and advise customers throughout their journey, ensuring solutions are not only deliverable but effective in a live warehouse environment.

The function owns all Logistics Reply delivery activities across the Design, Build, Test and Deploy phases, providing structure, governance and delivery discipline. This includes maintaining detailed project plans, RAID logs, action and decision registers, status reporting, phase-gate control and robust change management. Project Managers also support customer-led activities such as UAT, data preparation, operational readiness and business change, ensuring momentum is maintained and all parties remain aligned. Their leadership includes guiding and developing assigned project resources, fostering accountability, and ensuring every phase progresses smoothly toward go-live.

Operating primarily within our waterfall-aligned WMS implementation methodology, the Project Management function also coordinates Agile or sprint-based development where custom work is required. Acting as trusted partners, our Project Managers blend confident leadership with empathy and influence, bringing clarity to complex situations and fostering a collaborative delivery culture. Their focus is on predictable outcomes, operational readiness and a smooth transition into business-as-usual, built on transparency, shared ownership and trust.

Your contractual place of work will be either our London or Manchester office, with a hybrid working policy that allows you to work from home unless required to attend the office for collaboration, meetings, training, reviews, or customer engagements, or to work on-site with customers or prospects as necessary
