You will manage partnerships and implement frameworks that bring sustainability data to travelers, collaborating with various teams. Ideal candidates have expertise in project management and sustainability principles. Opportunities for remote work are available.
As a Project Manager at Travalyst, you will be the organisational heartbeat that keeps some of our most exciting and impactful sustainability solution workstreams moving. You’ll turn bold ideas into structured plans, ensuring that our partnerships, frameworks and tools all come together smoothly and on time.
Your work will have real-world impact, owning the management of projects that have a direct impact on Travalyst’s policy and industry relations - bringing sustainability data to millions of travellers and influencing how some of the biggest brands in travel make their decisions. In particular, you will oversee our Accommodation Certifications Initiative (where you will manage submissions from and follow up with industry bodies) as well as enhance the organisation’s tools and systems to ensure the team works as efficiently as possible. Whether it’s bringing our coalition together in a Working Group session or ensuring that our sustainability frameworks are robust and ready for implementation, you’ll be helping to drive collaboration and progress every day.
Ideally you will have previously worked in travel, technology or sustainability and will be comfortable supporting a team across multiple time zones.

We are committed to being a driving force that redefines what it means to travel, helping everyone explore our world in a way that protects both people and places, and secures a positive future for destinations and local communities for generations to come.
Founded by Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex, we are a pre-competitive coalition of some of the biggest names in travel and technology including Amadeus, BCD, Booking.com, Expedia, Google, Mastercard, PitchUp, Sabre, Skyscanner, The Travel Corporation, Trip.com Group, Tripadvisor, and Visa. We now partner with fifteen of the world’s leading companies and brands associated with travel representing a combined market value of almost $3tn, working together to make travel more sustainable.
Travalyst provides supportive, independent and neutral governance, empowering our Coalition of some of the biggest – and occasionally competing – travel companies and service providers to share data and accelerate change. The goal is to bring credible, consistent sustainability information to the mainstream, helping both travellers and travel companies make better, greener choices.
