As a Project Manager at Sona, you’ll lead the coordination of an Implementation Pod consisting of a Solutions Architect and a Solutions Specialist, and together you’ll own a portfolio of enterprise implementations across the Social Care and Hospitality sectors.
You’ll run implementations of Sona’s products end‑to‑end, ensuring delivery meets our scope commitments, budgets and timelines, all while providing an exceptional experience for our customers. You’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders from our customers and internally across our Commercial, Product, and Customer teams. We’re a growing business, so you’ll also need to thrive in a fast‑evolving environment and be a strong advocate for clarity and communication.
