The Project Manager plays a pivotal role inaligning strategicobjectiveswith execution, overseeing a portfolio of projects while ensuring unified delivery across cross-functional teams.Therole requiresexpert levelproject management leadership, strategic thinking, tactical execution oversight, and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate brings deep program and project leadership experience, knowledge of marketing and content operations, and the ability to drive outcomes for enterprise clients through structured, service-oriented delivery.

Thisrole is billable andwill serve inbothclient-facingand internal engagements.

How you will make an impact:
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination between internal delivery teams, client stakeholders, and vendor partners.
  • Manage internal & externalproject resources, and hold resourcesaccountablewhile ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Recognizes, clarifies, and prioritizes project plan activities.
  • Track agreed upon project metrics, milestones, and resources to ensuretimelydelivery of project outcomes as defined by the Scope of Work
  • Proactivelyidentifyrisks and dependencies;facilitateresolution and elevate issues where necessary.
  • Key point of contact for project team members
  • Partner with the Client Partner andProjectLead to set and manage stakeholder expectations ina timely, consistent, and professional manner providing regular communication & status updates
  • Oversee maintenance of project artifacts (e.g.) project timelines, requirements documents, project plans, RACI charts, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure project adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of services whilemaintainingquality standards.
  • Collaborate with account leadership toidentifygrowth opportunities and continuouslyoptimizedelivery performance.
Client Facing Engagement
  • Lead or support high-profile client delivery programs, especially for strategic engagements.
  • Establish andmaintainstrong client relationships
  • Maintaina high levelof client satisfaction by delivering operational clarity, trusted leadership, and transparent communication.
  • Demonstrateexpertisein communicating with senior client stakeholders.
  • Engage with stakeholders from various client teams and agencies to understand theirrequirements and expectations.
  • Listen, learn, and adapt to changes in the business’ needs.
What You'll Have:
  • Bachelor'sDegree or equivalent in a related field with5years of experience in technology, process or transformation consulting withinmarketingops, commerceops, creativeops, mediaopsor related domains.
  • Minimum of5years in a client-facing agency or consultingrole;or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with areas such as marketing operations, content operations, digital shelf/e-commerce, and digital transformation across content ecosystems.
  • Significant experienceworking with globalclients, multi-countryprogramsanddistributed stakeholder groups.Strong technical and operational knowledge acrossrelevantindustry segments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an influential, clear, and collaborative style.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset and a natural curiosity to drive innovation.
  • Track recordof excellent engagement, relationship development and management with senior client stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Ability to simplify complex situations and lead discussions with clients, colleagues, and leaders.
  • Strongproficiencyin projectand programmanagement principles.
  • Energetic can-do attitude; autonomous and motivated, with good problem-solving skills.
