A respected consultancy based in London is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team, working across a range of high-profile healthcare projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with a background in healthcare developments to deliver schemes from feasibility through to completion, while supporting the consultancy’s long-term growth.

As a Project Manager, you will be delivering a variety of healthcare schemes – including new-build hospitals, clinical refurbishments and specialist treatment centres. The consultancy is seeking a Project Manager who can demonstrate strong client-facing experience, contract administration knowledge, and a deep understanding of the complexities within the healthcare sector. This role is ideal for a Project Manager looking to take ownership of their own portfolio, whilst being part of a collaborative and professional team in London.

The Project Manager’s role
The Project Manager will take responsibility for the successful delivery of healthcare projects, ensuring client satisfaction, quality, and cost control throughout. You’ll lead project teams, manage stakeholder engagement, oversee programme delivery, and maintain compliance with NHS and healthcare-specific standards.

You’ll also contribute to business development by maintaining strong client relationships and spotting future opportunities across the healthcare sector.

The Project Manager
The successful Project Manager will have:

  • A proven track record delivering healthcare construction projects
  • Experience in project delivery from RIBA stages 1-6
  • Understanding of NEC or JCT contract administration
  • A relevant degree (e.g. Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar)
  • Chartered or working towards chartership (e.g. RICS, APM, CIOB)
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
