We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will safely manage the delivery of selected projects within the Major Programmes portfolio on time, on budget and to quality.

You’ll lead the project through its life cycle by planning resources, allocating tasks and responsibilities, tracking financials, managing the schedule, monitoring and mitigating risks, and keeping stakeholders up to date, to deliver the project successfully.

What you’ll do
  • Lead the successful delivery of projects aligned to strategic goals, ensuring they are on time, on budget, and high quality
  • Own and manage project schedules, risks, scope, and stakeholder engagement across the full project lifecycle
  • Drive a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement, embedding lessons learned into future delivery
  • Ensure robust financial control, tracking and forecasting project costs to deliver value for money
  • Champion effective communication and collaboration, developing stakeholder and communication plans where needed
  • Lead projects through governance processes, including stage gates, change control, and configuration management
  • Manage external suppliers and contractors, ensuring compliance with procurement and site control standards
  • Inspire and lead project teams, providing clear direction and influence across the organisation to deliver common goals
