Project Manager - Property & Construction Consultancy (Remote Working)

Project Manager opportunity. We're looking for a Project Manager to take a lead role in the delivery of complex construction and development programmes across a range of sectors. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you'll take ownership of project outcomes, guide multidisciplinary teams, and help shape some of the UK's most exciting developments, all within a flexible, trust-based working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Manage all stages of the project life cycle, from feasibility to completion. You\'ll ensure that cost, design, quality, and timelines are controlled and aligned to client expectations.
  • Development Monitoring: Act on behalf of funders or landowners to oversee compliance, contractor performance, valuations, and contractual milestones.
  • Feasibility & Viability: Lead consultant teams to assess the commercial and strategic viability of developments, offering clear, independent analysis and recommendations.
  • Contract Administration: Take on Employer\'s Agent or Contract Administrator duties, ensuring contracts are well managed and that proactive, informed advice is always on hand.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering work that\'s aligned with their goals—on time, on budget, and with lasting value.
What We're Looking For
