Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Project Manager to join our growing team and lead the delivery of commercial-scale battery energy storage systems. From contract negotiation through to commissioning, hand-over and ongoing operational support, you will ensure each project meets the highest standards of safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance.

Key Responsibilities Of The Project Manager

• Own end-to-end delivery of medium-kW to multi-MW BESS projects, driving them to completion on time and within budget.
• Plan and control project schedules, budgets, logistics, and deliverables, keeping all stakeholders aligned.
• Maintain the risk register, conduct regular assessments, and guarantee compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams – electrical, mechanical, electronics engineers and software developers – to solve technical challenges quickly.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, partners and external stakeholders to keep the project pipeline flowing smoothly.
• Create compelling proposals, scopes of work and bid packages for new BESS opportunities.
• Manage client relationships, lead progress meetings, and act as the primary point of contact for technical updates.
• Support business development by nurturing leads, representing the company at conferences, and contributing to marketing initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement of project-management tools, processes and best practices across the organisation.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3years of proven experience managing renewable-energy projects, preferably commercial or utility-scale energy-storage, solar PV or other power-generation assets.
• Strong leadership skills, problem solving capabilities with excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and stakeholder-engagement skills.
• Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team.
• Demonstrated commitment to high standards of safety, quality, societal impact and environmental stewardship.
