For the role, we ask that you have:

  • Relevant Level 4, 5 or 6 qualification on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales.
  • The ability to make sound financial and technical decisions on a day to day basis.
  • Experience of managing contracts.
  • Full UK Category B driving license and the use of a motor vehicle insured for business / work purposes to travel throughout the borough and beyond to attend meetings with consultants / developers and visit sites.
