Our client is an exceptionally busy main contractor who is about to commence three large projects in Edinburgh. With an ambitious schedule ahead, they are seeking to appoint a Project Manager to their team.

Your new role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a large new build project in Edinburgh. Typical project values range from £20 million to £60 million, focusing on PBSA, BTR, or hotel sectors. You will lead the project, managing technical delivery, coordinating with commercial, design, client, stakeholder, and operational teams. Working with your team (Site Manager, Design Manager, Commercial, etc.), you will ensure the project meets its commercial and operational targets.

You will manage the project from Pre-Construction stage through to completion.
