Project Manager

Bristol, South West England – location flexible, home/site based

  • Full time, permanent position
  • Starting Salary of £45,000 up to £55,000 per annum

The Role

As Project Manager, you will oversee the planning and delivery of Triscan Group's full‑lifecycle projects – from concept and design through construction and completion. This includes site visits predominantly in the South.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, monitor, and control projects across scope, time, cost, and quality
  • Manage contracts and frameworks, ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations and H&S best practice
  • Lead internal and external teams through consultancy and construction phases
  • Control risk, change, and opportunities to meet commercial and client objectives
  • Drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement across projects
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted partner
  • Support business growth by contributing to tenders, proposals, and project bids
  • Forecast, report, and deliver projects to or above financial targets

The Ideal Candidate

You’ll be an experienced and driven Project Manager with a track record of managing small to medium‑scale projects, ideally in the downstream oil or infrastructure sector.

About you:

  • Proven experience managing projects through the full lifecycle
  • Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and construction health & safety
  • Experience delivering fuel storage or similar regulated infrastructure projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Collaborative mindset, focused on teamwork and continuous improvement

Recognised qualification in Project Management (e.g., PRINCE2), experience in alternative fuels or emerging energy technologies and proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar planning tools is desirable.
