A great opportunity is available for a reputable construction management company based in Bristol specializing in commercial, education, health & leisure, and residential projects.

You will be responsible for managing commercial refurbishment projects with values up to £5 million, overseeing the full life cycle from inception through to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial refurbishment projects (up to £5m) from start to finish.
• Manage project teams including site managers, subcontractors and consultants.
• Control procurement, programme, costs, risk and client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Provide clear project reporting, manage stakeholder expectations and drive client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven track record in commercial refurbishment or fit‑out projects up to around £5m.
• Strong technical and contract management knowledge (JCT experience preferred).
• Excellent leadership, communication and client‑management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
• Full UK driving licence.
