About the Role (Key Responsibilities)

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of refurbishment and retrofit projects from planning through to successful completion. Based 2–3 days a week in the Brentwood office, you’ll travel to project sites across London to lead delivery, manage resources, and ensure client satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and scheduling project activities, resources, and budgets
  • Coordinating procurement, documentation, and reporting requirements
  • Managing and supporting superusers to ensure project milestones are achieved
  • Conducting regular site visits to review progress and ensure safety compliance
  • Maintaining strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Overseeing cost control, quality, and performance standards across multiple projects
About You (Skills & Experience)

To excel as a Project Manager, you’ll bring:

  • A recognised Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent)
  • Proven experience managing multiple engineering or refurbishment projects
  • Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience within façade access, lifting equipment, or a similar technical engineering environment would be a strong advantage
  • A proactive and safety-focused approach with excellent attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across London
To be successful in this role, you may have worked as a:

Project Manager, Site Manager, Contracts Manager, Project Coordinator, Construction Manager, Refurbishment Manager, Retrofit Project Manager, Building Services Manager, Engineering Project Lead, or Delivery Manager. Experience infaçade access or lifting access would be beneficial.
