Project Manager – Pharmaceutical Wholesale & Distribution

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to oversee major initiatives within our pharmaceutical wholesale division. The role will focus on evaluating wholesale opportunities, securing exclusive distribution agreements, and managing the full medication manufacturing process across international partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects related to wholesale expansion, supplier partnerships, and new product development.
• Identify and secure exclusive distribution agreements with global manufacturers.
• Manage end-to-end medication manufacturing projects, including timelines, documentation, production, and quality release.
• Coordinate with procurement, compliance, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution and on-time delivery.
• Oversee product registration, regulatory documentation, and MA‑related processes as required.
• Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, regulatory bodies, and key partners in the UK, EU, Middle East, and Africa.
• Prepare clear reports, proposals, and progress updates for senior management.
• Evaluate risks and implement solutions to keep all projects on track.

Requirements

• 7–10 years’ proven experience in pharmaceutical wholesale, distribution, or manufacturing project management.
• Strong understanding of GDP standards, MA requirements, product registration, and international pharmaceutical documentation.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating and securing exclusivity agreements.
• Experience coordinating with UK/EU/India manufacturing partners.
• Excellent planning, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight timelines.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.

Preferred

• Experience managing large‑scale export operations.
• Familiarity with MHRA, WDA, and international compliance frameworks.
• Previous involvement in tenders and government‑related supply contracts.
