Overview / Summary
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Project analysis and the development of technical solutions;
- Preparation of manufacturing and assembly methodologies;
- Planning and controlling construction costs;
- Managing and monitoring assembly on site;
- Managing subcontractors;
- Managing on-site work with the client;
- Ensuring contractual fulfilment, project planning and quality;
- Temporary works coordination (advantage point);
- Producing and briefing documentation such as method statements, risk assessments, H&S and quality plans;
- Conducting regular inspections (safety, quality, ITP) and follow up on corrective actions;
- Leading by example, promoting best practices in safety, quality and environmental performance.
Requirements
- Degree or Master's in Civil Engineering;
- At least 3 years' professional experience in a similar role;
- Knowledge of MSProject, Excel and Autocad;
- Proficiency in English;
- Proficiency in Portuguese (advantage point);
- Leadership and time management skills;
- Capacity for initiative and sense of responsibility;
- Organizational and planning skills;
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
